Beverly Louise Ewalt

Beverly “Bev” Louise Ewalt, 79, of Naperville, IL passed away peacefully on December 9, 2021 surrounded by her family. Bev was born on September 22, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN, the daughter of the late Emery and Anna (nee Hagy) Cundiff. Bev married George Stephen Ewalt on September 30, 1967 in Acton, IN.

Bev graduated from Manual High School in Indianapolis, IN and worked for the Indiana Bell Telephone Company for 19 years. Bev enjoyed travelling and visiting art galleries and was a collector of Southwestern artwork and collectibles. She enjoyed listening to the music of Elvis and was an avid newspaper reader, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her cherished family.

Bev is survived by her devoted husband Steve; three adoring children: Leigh Ann (Bill) Bloom, Kelley (Mark) Brown, and Stephen (Elizabeth) Ewalt; seven beloved grandchildren: Stephanie (Jason) La Susa, Eric (Stephane) Bloom, Cherene (Paul Schultz) Anderson, Kimberly (Chris Jackson) Lesniak, Shaun (Megan) Bloom, Brett Lesniak and Emily Brown; twelve great grandchildren; her sister, Deloris (Bob) Starr; and two nieces, Tracey Clemans and Lindsay Clemans.

Memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, December 15 at Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 S. Batavia Ave., Batavia, Il 60510. A celebration of life will follow at 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately.
