Dolores J. Herring

Dolores J. Herring, 90, of St. Charles formerly of Batavia passed away January 20, 2021 at Dunham Rehab and Healthcare.  She was born June 27, 1930 in Elgin, the daughter of Joseph and Helen (Treskon) Lenz. 

She is survived by her children; Julie (Steven) Oleksy, Dave (Susan) Herring, and Dan (Mary) Herring, and five grandchildren; Christine Herring, Sarah Herring, Caitlin (Michael) Bastian, Lea Herring, and Marc Yanni. 

She is preceded in death by her son, Edwin Herring, and a sister, Rosemary O’Donnell. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the visitation will be held private.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 A.M. Monday, January 25, 2021 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 6N491 Crane Road St. Charles, IL.  Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Geneva, IL.
