John Lawrence Dillman

John “Jack” Lawrence Dillman Jr., 69 of Conover, WI., formally of Aurora, IL., passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, surrounded by his family. Jack was born on March 13, 1953, in Aurora, IL, the son of John and Marion (nee. Engeman) Dillman.

Jack was united in marriage to Wendy Quast and they have spent many happy years together. Jack was a 1971 graduate of East Aurora High School, in Aurora, IL. He was employed by Caterpillar Tractor Company in Aurora, IL. Jack retired in 2016 after 42 years of service. Jack fulfilled his retirement dreams and built a house in the Northwoods of Wisconsin where he was able to continue his love of woodworking, trapshooting and the many outdoor activities the Northwoods offered.

Jack is survived by his loving wife, Wendy Dillman; his children, Kelly (Chad) Krause and Thomas Dillman; his grandchildren, Emerson and Ryan Krause; his sisters Linda Johnson and Susan (Michael) Mudry, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, step-mother Marliyn Dillman and his brother-in-law, Daniel Roy Johnson.

Memorial visitation will be held at 12:00 P.M on Saturday April 23, 2022, at Living Hope Church, 405 W. State St., North Aurora, IL 60542 with a celebration of life service at 1:00, followed by a luncheon.
