Nick Lopez III, 33, of Bolingbrook, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 16, 2022. He was born in Chicago to Karen and the late Nicolas Lopez Jr on March 11, 1989.
Nicky loved baseball- especially the Yankees. One of his favorite past times was watching his beloved sports on ESPN- particularly football. He also loved watching movies, laughing, cooking delicious meals ,and going on trips to Wisconsin with friends and family.
He is survived by his loving mother, Karen Lopez, his sisters Lithz and Alexandra Lopez, and his grandmothers, Lucy Lopez and Norma Fleming.
Nick is also survived by his cherished fiancée, Viridiana Solorio; she made him so very happy. He is also survived by many friends and extended family who will miss him dearly. Nicky was a light to everyone he touched. He was filled with everlasting joy and compassion.
Nick was preceded in death by his father, Nicolas Lopez Jr.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 South Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60501. A funeral services will take place the next morning at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
