Betty Lou Wilderspin
February 24, 1940 - May 9, 2025 Betty Lou Wilderspin, 85, of Elburn, formerly of St. Charles, died Friday, May 9th, 2025, at Blackberry Pines Assisted Living in Elburn. She was born February 24, 1940, in Geneva, IL. The daughter of the late Clarence Sr and Irene Sandberg. She is survived by her husband, Frank Wilderspin Jr, a son, Richard Wilderspin of St. Charles, IL, a daughter Kathy (David) Brown of Buda, TX, a daughter, Kim Mikos of Elburn, IL, a daughter, Kristine Gray of Sycamore, IL, and six grandchildren, Ashley (Anthony) Nicaj, Zachary (Amber) Wilderspin, Rebecca (Zac) Sagay, Evan (Emma) Mikos, Allie Mikos, and Brock Gray, and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her two brothers and two sisters. Betty graduated from Geneva High School in 1958. She always loved numbers and worked for years at the First National Bank in Geneva before having children. She also enjoyed being a business owner with her husband, Frank. They loved to go on family trips to the Dells. One of her favorite past times was going to the local casinos and trying her luck with the slot machines! Betty will be remembered for her amazing strength and resilience! A celebration and remembrance of her life will be held for the family only at a date to be determined later.
