Danny D Brown
January 20, 1949 - April 6, 2026 It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny D. Brown, age 77, of St. Charles. Danny died peacefully in his home Monday, April 6, 2026. He was born in Forrest City, Arkansas on January 20, 1949 and moved to the St. Charles area when he was 3 years old, where he spent the remainder of his years. He spent his career in construction sales and retired in 2019. After retiring he spent all of his time working on his lawn and spending time with his 3 grandchildren. He attended ChapelStreet Church in Geneva and enjoyed every Tuesday morning for breakfast with his old classmates from High School. Dan enjoyed anything outdoors including hunting, fishing, gardening, and watching his grandchildren play their sports. He is survived by his wife of 53 years Gail, his children Bethany (Vito) Brandonisio and Jordan (Hillary) Brown, and his grandchildren, Vito Brandonisio, Faith Brandonisio and Charles Brown. His sisters Doris Gallant and Judy (Jerry) Knaak and his brother Rick Brown (Annette Cleary). Also, sister-in-laws, Sharon Gill and Kathy Gill and cherished nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nadine and Charles Brown, his in-laws Owen and Myrlene Gill and his brother-in-law, Michael Gill and George Gallant.. Funeral services will be held at Yurs Funeral Home in Geneva. Rev. Brian Coffey officiating. Visitation will be on Friday, April 10th, from 10:30 to 12:00, with services immediately following. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
