David K. O’Dell
July 31, 1947 - April 2, 2022 David K. O’Dell age 74, of St. Charles, Illinois passed away April 2, 2022. He was born to Frank and Nadine O’Dell on July 31, 1947 in Walnut Hill, Illinois. He was a Vietnam Veteran who proudly served his country. David and his wife Carol would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this coming July. Every-one who knew David knew how much he enjoyed being a jokester and loved his jokes and pranks. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving wife Carol, daughter Heather (Jeff) Oge, son Brian O’Dell, five grand-children; Jordynn, Piper, Hillary, Ellen, Alyssa, many nieces and nephews, and sister in law Yvonne (Chapman). David was preceded in death by parents, sister Wanda (Eugene) Schaefer, brother Therrell, and sister Joyce (Lonnie) Burkett. Visitation will be 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Yurs Funeral Home 405 E. Main Street, St. Charles, Illinois 60174. Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, April 11, 2022, at Yurs Funeral Home, pastor Victor Aghadi officiating. Burial will be at Union Cemetery.
