Donald Andrew Franklin, 62, passed away on Thursday, November 28th, 2024, at Northwester Medicine Delnor Hospital. Donald was born in Chicago, Illinois, on April 16, 1962, the son of Richard and Marilyn (Jones) Franklin. He married Ivona Srzedzinska on June 18, 1992, in California. They resided in Whittier, California for 25 years, where they raised their family, and moved to St. Charles, Illinois in 2014. Don loved his wife and family very much and was proud of their sons. Survived by his wife Ivona of St. Charles, IL; sons Ustyn H. Franklin and Nicolas R. Franklin both of Madison WI; Mother Marilyn L. Franklin of Geneva, IL; sisters Lorrie Walker Brian) of Geneva, IL and Gail Parker of St. Charles, IL, and nephews, Drew, Justine, and Jake, and niece Anna. Funeral Mass will be held on December 12th, 1:00 at St. Mark’s Church, 320 Franklin, Geneva, IL, with Father Tom Atamian officiating.
