Eloise J. Mason Obituary Eloise Josephine Mason, 19 months, of Glen Ellyn, passed away August 3, 2026, at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago peacefully in the arms of her loving family. She was born December 28, 2024, in Winfield, the daughter of Daniel and Emily (Stith) Mason. Eloise spent her short 19 months of life courageously battling infantile leukemia. Leukemia never defined her as a child though. She will be remembered for her brilliant smile, the way she lit up whenever her favorite songs came on, her love of being outdoors, and her constant desire to be "go, go, going." Eloise never met a person who didn’t immediately fall in love with her. Eloise is survived by parents Daniel and Emily, brother James; maternal grandparents Herb and Mary Stith; paternal grandparents Catherine and Frederick Mason III; and many other dear relatives and friends. Funeral Prayers will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 9:30 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva proceeding to St. Peter Catholic Church, 1891 Kaneville Road, Geneva for celebration of funeral mass at 10:30 am with Father Ryan Browing and Father John McFadden celebrants http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0GyRkieQTQ Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Geneva. Visitation will be held Monday, August 10 from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at Malone Funeral Home with a liturgical wake service at 7:45 pm.
