Karen Joy Masus
October 11, 1949 - March 14, 2025 Karen Joy Masus, 75, passed away Friday, March 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Frank and Sarajane Larson on October 11, 1949, in Aurora, IL. She was a longtime and honorary member of the Pottawatomie Garden Club, Eastern Star, and D.A.R. Survived by many wonderful nieces and nephews, one great niece, and hundreds of loving extended family and friends. She is survived by her son Zachary (Rebecca) Speck, Montgomery, IL, her sister, Sharon (Bob) Pierce, Brother-in-law, Bill Duy, and grandchildren Katelyn Joy Speck, Ryan Zachary Speck, Nicholas Henry Masus, Nathan John Masus. She was preceded in death her Parents Frank and Sarajane, Husband John Masus and Sister Kathy Duy. A Memorial Service will be held at Saint Charles Congregational United Church of Christ (40W451 Fox Mill Blvd, St. Charles, IL 60175) on April 5th, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. Lunch will follow at the church.
