Mariann “Mimi” Ringhofer
November 22, 1937 - January 12, 2026 Mariann “Mimi” Ringhofer, a loving wife, mother of three, proud grandmother of four, and great-grandmother of four, was brought to peace with the Lord on Monday, January 12th, 2026. Mariann served her community as a school district employee in the Haines library and later transitioned into office administration. In her younger years, she was a devoted hockey mom, spending much of her time transporting her three sons to and from the rink; she remained immensely proud of their accomplishments in the sport. As her family grew, she became a cherished grandmother who made every effort to attend her grandchildren’s sporting events as well all over the country. She is survived by her three sons, Joseph III, Daniel, and Jonathan (Carolynn), and her grandchildren, Jordan (Will), Lee (Erin), Nic, and Makena. Mariann was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Joe, her parents, Gilbert and Bernice Hall, and her sister, Marcia Smith. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Services will be held at Yurs Funeral Home at 1771 W State St, Geneva IL, 60134 on Saturday, January 17th, 2026 from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M.
