April 25, 1974 - January 30, 2026 Amy Marie Pfoutz, 51, died in Rockford IL at her newly found and loved home on January 30th, 2026. Born April 25th, 1974, in Elgin IL to Carol and Dan Moeller. Amy attended Elgin community college receiving her associates degree. Amy will be especially remembered for her love of animals and nature. She always cared for any furry friend that crossed her path. Her love of flowers lives on through her mother and daughter. Survived by her daughter Anna Pfoutz, 24, DeKalb IL, granddaughter Adeline Pfoutz, 3, mother and father Carol and Dan Moeller, 75 and 73, St. Charles IL, and brother Corey Moeller, 49, St. Charles. Preceded in death by her pack of animals over her lifetime. Funeral services will commence Friday February 6th, 2026. Visitation going from 9am until 11 with service starting at 11 at Yurs funeral home same day, at 405 E Main St. Saint Charles, 60174, IL. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery immediately after the service. We are asking for donations for Anderson animal shelter, as she adored their work.
