December 3, 1983 - June 7, 2025

Ryan Christopher Snyder age 41 born December 3, 1983, in Winfield IL went to his eternal home on June 7, 2025. Ryan was preceded in death by his father Dan Snyder. His loving memory lives on through his surviving grandmothers Sharon Oury and Eleanor Snyder, Mother Joey Snyder, siblings Leeann, Greg, Devin, Matt (Sonny), and Kate. Nephews and nieces Faith, Leo, James, Jaxon, Brian, Luna, Marcus, Brianna, and Carter as well as many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Ryan grew up in Batavia IL. While growing up he enjoyed many family memories and adventures on Lake Marion in Minnesota. Ryan graduated with honors from Aurora Christian Academy before moving to Naperville where he worked as a manager for a custom framing and art printing studio. Ryan’s love for art flowed into all aspects of his life. His creative mind and spirit were expressed through his paintings, thriving garden, fondness of food and cooking, his enthusiasm as a costumier and his passion for music in attending many concerts and festivals. It was time on his e-bike as an avid rider that he found joy in his journeys, embracing nature and the outdoors. Ryan treasured his time spent on annual family snowboarding and camping trips. Ryan had a very special relationship with all his family but especially held a tender bond with his nieces and nephews whom he loved to play and laugh with. Ryan touched the lives of many with his profound sense of humor, warmth, curiosity and outgoing personality. He possessed a brilliant mind with a rare gift for making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path. Although his physical presence may no longer grace our lives; his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. Even in death, Ryan’s generosity lives on-he was an organ donor, continuing to give to others with compassion and love. Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 18th, at Cantigny Park.
