Teresa Petersen Mendoza

Teresa Petersen Mendoza, 45, of Gilberts, IL., formerly of St. Charles, Il., passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2020 in Highland, IN.  Teresa was born on September 7, 1975 in St. Charles, IL., the daughter of James and Twyla (nee. Norman) Petersen. 

Teresa is survived by her son, Cooper Mendoza, her two sisters; Sara Petersen-Ndonga and Alicia Petersen, her three nieces; Juliet, Jacquelyn and Josephine Ndonga.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. on Monday, October 12, 2020 at Moss-Norris Funeral Home, 100 South Third Street, St. Charles, IL. 60174.  A memorial service will follow at 6:00 P.M. also at the funeral home.  Interment will be held privately.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions of occupancy, the visitation will be limited. All visitors entering the funeral home are required to wear a face covering.  Be prepared to wait outside if occupancy becomes an issue. Due to the number of people who would like to pay their respects, we ask that you make your visitation a brief one so that all who would like to attend will have a chance to do so.
