John “Jack” Ronald McAnally
September 30, 1933 - September 17, 2025 Our beloved father and husband, John (Jack) Ronald McAnally of St. Charles, Illinois passed on at the age of 91 at Delnor Hospital in Geneva, Illinois on Wednesday, September 17th, 2025. He was born on September 30th, 1933, in Hymera, Indiana, to Ronald and Almina McAnally. Jack graduated from Kokomo High School in 1951. On Sunday, December 21st, 1952, he married Margaret (Peg) Joann (Fisher) McAnally. Jack attended Ball State University earning a BS in chemistry, physics, and math, graduating in 1955. He later went on to receive his Masters in 1962. Jack served in the United States Air Force as a pilot flying KC-97s until 1958 and then continuing until 1970 in the Reserves. He attained the rank of Captain. Jack retired from Motorola Inc. in 1990. After retirement Jack’s main passion, other than his family, was Family Genealogy. He spent countless hours researching his family & many others. Jack is survived by his wife, Peg McAnally; children, Kathy (David) Kaser of Tucson, Arizona, John (Jennifer) McAnally of Sycamore, Illinois, and Julie (Dean) White of St. Charles, Illinois; grandchildren, Scott (Sarah) Kaser, Mark (Jill) Kaser, Julia (Dillon) McCarty, Mason (Cassandra) McAnally, Sarah McAnally, Nina White, Nathan White, and Rachel White; great-grandchildren, Emma and Keira Kaser. He was preceded in death by his sister who died at birth and his parents, Ronald and Almina McAnally. Private visitation and services have already been held.
