Daryl Srail, 70, of Geneva passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021. She was born January 21, 1951 in Chicago the daughter of Arthur and Earlein (Applegate) Dahl. She was united in marriage to Wayne Srail September 1, 1981 in Des Plaines, IL. Daryl will be remembered as a mother, wife, friend, and matriarch of her farm. She loved all whom she met with all of her heart and was a ray of sunshine to everyone. Daryl selflessly laid the foundation of strength to give everything she had so her memory could live on. Her love will never end. She is survived by her husband, Wayne Srail, four children, Amanda (Timothy) Thomas, Kristin Srail, Jaime Srail, and Scott (Emily) Srail; three grandchildren, Lucy and Theodore Thomas and Camila Phillips; a brother, Clayton (JoAnn Lux) Dahl and sister, Wendy (John) Bialek; her nieces and nephews, Mary (Brian) Place, Annie (Rachel) Bialek, Marty (Pat) Srail, Debbie (Paul) Perkins, Jeff (Sue) Srail, Lisa (Dan) Kuczkowski, and Stevie (Amy) Srail. She is preceded in death by her parents. An outdoor tented, traditional funeral will be held on the Family Farm, Windy Acres Farm, 37W446 Fabyan Parkway Geneva, IL. Visitation will be held 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. a service will follow visitation at 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 27, 2021. A procession with horse drawn carriage will then take Daryl to her place of rest at Resurrection Cemetery adjacent to the family farm.
