Elizabeth Prindle Conover

Elizabeth “Tico” Prindle Conover, 85, of St. Charles passed away Monday, October 10, 2022, at her home.  She was born November 22, 1936, in Evanston, IL, the daughter of James Pearl and Mirriam Margaret (Metzel) Prindle. 

Elizabeth was a graduate of the University of Colorado class of 1958.  For more than 20 years Tico had a successful career as a real estate agent working for Coldwell Banker.  She was a member of the Pottawatomie Garden Club, The Fox Valley Associates of Art Institute, Kiwanis Club of St. Charles and P.E.O. 

She is survived by her three sons, Scott (Kaylyn) Conover, of Cisco, David (JoAnn) Conover of Tinley Park and Timothy (Melissa) Conover of Batavia, IL; her adored grandchildren, Dylan (Sarah), Madeline, Mary Kate, Luke, Dominic, Grace, John, James, Zaren, Jaden, Timothy, and Rachel; and a great grandson, Henry, many nieces, and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Herbert Conover, Jr., a brother James Prindle, IV, a sister Barbara Behlen; a daughter Elizabeth, and her granddaughter Olivia Conover. 

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Moss-Norris Funeral Home, 100 South Third Street St. Charles, IL.  A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the funeral home following the visitation.

A graveside service and interment will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 17, 2022, at West Batavia Cemetery 900 South Batavia Avenue Batavia, IL.

In Tico’s memory memorial contributions may be directed to The Doris J. Hunt Memorial Scholarship for Women, NFP, 2692 Stone Circle Unit 203 Geneva, IL 60134.  The Scholarship is awarded to deserving woman in District 303 selection is based on financial need.
