Faith Elaine Nordstrom

Faith Elaine “Faithie” Nordstrom, 84, a longtime resident of Batavia passed away Thursday, August 4, 2022.  She was born in Geneva, IL the daughter of Melvin and Mildred (Meyer) Pinner.  She was united in marriage to Erick Nordstrom August 10, 1974, in Batavia. 

Faith had a loyal faith to her Lord and savior Jesus Christ and is now happy to be reunited with her family and friends who have passed away before her.  

She is survived by her three children; Ronald Homer of Denver, CO, Penny (Ronald) Chapman, of Marana, AZ, and Karl Homer of Compton, IL; three step daughters, Toni Schneider, Vicki West and Paula Nordstrom; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Austin) Teer, Kristyn (Ryan) Cole, Jeremy (Julie) West, and Lindsey (Sean) Sagan; her great-grandchildren, Alma and Otis Teer, Liam Sagan and Maeve and Addison West;  and a brother Paul (Jan) Pinner, Sr. 

She is preceded in death by her husband Erick and her two brothers Bill and Bob Pinner; two sisters, Mary Conde and Martha Soderholm and a grandson Jacob Banbury . 

Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 South Batavia Avenue Batavia, IL.  Funeral services will follow at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.  Interment will be in West Batavia Cemetery in Batavia, IL.
