Heather Renee Aguilar

Heather Renee Aguilar, 43, of Aurora passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL.  She was born March 21, 1979, in Aurora, IL the daughter of Michael Surratt and Sandra Adkerson.

Heather loved to be funny and to be available to make people laugh and feel good.  She will be remembered as the life of every party.  Heather also loved spending time at Wrigley Field cheering for the Chicago Cubs. 

She is survived by her three children; Joshua Harvey, Mercedes Contreras, and Jacob Bates; her mother Sandra Surratt; two brothers Thomas Surratt and Michael Aguilar a sister Stephanie Surratt and a grandson, Xavier Benavidez, Jr.

She is preceded in death by her father Michael Surratt and a daughter Desiree Contreras. 

Visitation will be held 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 South Batavia Ave. Batavia, IL. 

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, August 1, 2022, at Moss Family Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in River Hills Memorial Park, Batavia, IL.
