Jeffrey W. Nelson

Jeffrey Nelson, 51, of Batavia passed away Friday August 6, 2021, from complications of a head injury.  Jeff was born in Aurora on September 25, 1969, to Wayne and Donna (Magnuson) Nelson.

Jeff is a graduate of Batavia High school and attended Waubonsee Community College.  He was employed by Decade Flooring for many years and then was the bakery manager for Meijer until he suffered a head injury.  He loved to spend time with family and friends, especially his niece, Grace and nephew Jacob.

Jeff is survived by his mother, Donna Nelson, and stepfather Bill Jackson of Texas, his brothers, Jeremy of North Aurora and Ben and wife Courtney of Batavia, niece Grace and nephew Jacob.  He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and too many friends to count.

He was preceded in death by his father Wayne Nelson, grandparents, Howard and Margaret Nelson and Ruth and Carl Magnuson.

Visitation will be held 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, August 13, 2021, at Moss Family Funeral Home 209 South Batavia Ave. Batavia, IL.
