Joyce Ann Hagemann
September 11, 1931 - November 3, 2022 Joyce Hagemann, 91, of Batavia passed away at River Glen of St. Charles where she had been a resident for the past two years. She was born in Big Foot Prairie, IL on September 11, 1931, the daughter of James and Edna (Freeze) Fitch. She was united in marriage to Norman Herman Hagemann July 19, 1952, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Batavia, IL. Joyce was a wonderful and adored grandma, mother, and a supportive wife. She was a longtime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Batavia where she was involved in many committees. Joyce was always looking to be involved in her community at one point she donated her time at the Batavia Depot Museum. Joyce was also employed by Fox Valley Cardiologist for many years as a medical secretary. She is survived by her two sons; James Edward (Barbara) Hagemann and Scott Allan (Linda) Hagemann; her adored grandchildren, Kurtis Hagemann, Melissa Mills, Sara (Mark) Olson, Nicole “Nikki” (Nikolas) Hagemann-Bex and Meggan (Brendan) Rogers, eight great-grandchildren, Brianna and Nate Hagemann, Mackenzie and Kendall, and Quinton Mills, Logan Olson, and Easton and Beckett Rogers. In addition to her parents and her husband Norman she is preceded in death by two sisters Florabelle Hageman, Drelah VanGysegham. Visitation will be held 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Monday, November 7, 2022, at Moss Family Funeral Home, 209 South Batavia Ave. Batavia, IL. A Funeral service will be held at 6:00 P.M. following the visitation.
