Mary C. Docimo

Mary C. Docimo, 99, of St. Charles passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Brighton Garden.  She was born March 28, 1921 in Franklin Park, IL the daughter of Frank and Angelina (nee Ciancio) Asta.  She was united in marriage to Anthony F. Docimo June 29, 1941 in Franklin Park, IL. 

She is survived by her two children, William (Jackie) Docimo, of Geneva, and Mary Ann Patti, of Bartlett; a son-in-law, Dennis Lambert, of Caledonia; seven grandchildren, Dennis Lambert, Michael (Tiz) Lambert, Anthony (Amy) Docimo, Christina (Carl) Miller, Jack Patti, Julie (Matt) Hill, and Jillian (Joe) Nicoli; and fourteen great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Anthony Docimo; a daughter, Lou Ann Lambert; her brothers, Alex, Michael, Joseph, and Sam, Asta and a sister Angeline LoGalbo. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the visitation will be held to immediate family only.  A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Downtown, 400 Cedar Street Saint Charles, IL.  Interment will be held 12:30 P.M. at St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, Belmont and Cumberland, River Grove, IL. 

A memorial service to celebrate Mary’s life will be held at a later date.
