Raymond J. Napientek

Raymond “Ray” Napientek Sr., 80, of St. Charles, Il., formally of Chicago, Il., passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Asbury Gardens in North Aurora, Illinois. He was born September 19^th, 1940, in Chicago, Il., the son of Joseph and Evelyn (nee. Baronowski) Napientek.  He was united in marriage to Dolores J. Kachurik, on October 8, 1970, in Chicago, Il.

Ray graduated from Holy Trinity High School in 1958. While working at Sears Roebuck and Company, he met the love of his life Dolores. Ray loved his family. Some of his favorite past times were coaching baseball and cheering on his family at their activities ranging from choir, baseball, theater, soccer, competitive dance, and more. He was known to hustle you on the racket ball court as well as the at the bowling alley where he had won multiple championships. He also loved being at the racetrack and betting on the ponies.

Ray is survived by his wife Dolores J. Napientek; his brothers, Jim Napientek and Eugene (Margaret) Napientek; his sister-in-law Nancy Napientek; his two daughters Kelly (Mike) Yzaguirre and Tamara (Rob) Mileham, and his son Ray (Randi) Napientek; 11 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Kevin Napientek; brothers Lucian Napientek and Joseph Napientek. 

A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Moss-Norris Funeral Home 100 S. Third Street, St. Charles, Il. 60174.
