Shirley A. Holden

Shirley A. Holden, age 78, of Batavia, passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 20th, at her home. She was born December 4, 1942, in Aurora, a daughter of the late George R.H. and Wilma A. Miller. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her grandson Kevin A Holden-Bentley.

Shirley is survived by her husband of 59 years, Kenneth J. Holden, her sister Delores (Frank) Hudkins, daughter Kathy Van Meter, son Kenneth J. (Colleen) Holden Jr., 3 grandchildren; Jennifer (Jason) Paprocki and Kelly (Mitch) Maly, Kyle Holden, 2 great-grandchildren; Alexandra and Connor Paprocki, niece Heather(John) Wonderly and Godson Liam.  She also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. till time of service at 11 a.m. Monday, July 26 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 950 Hart Road, Batavia, IL.  Interment will be private at Bluff City Cemetery, Elgin.
