Stanley F. Le Maire
March 12, 1942 - May 24, 2020 Stanley F. Le Maire passed away on May 24, 2020 in Geneva. He was born on March 12, 1942 to Wilma (nee Pollmacher) Le Maire in Harvey. He married Patricia Keenan on September 4, 1965 in Elmwood Park. Stan served our country in the United States Army as a photo interpreter. It allowed him to travel the world and he said joining was one of the best ideas of his life. He will be fondly remembered by his friends and family. He was a good, supportive father who raised a wonderful son. He was always there for his friends and family. He had a long career as a computer programmer and systems analyst. He was a sailor by nature, always enjoying boating and being near the water. Fishing was a certain joy, even though he rarely caught anything! Stan was even a competitor in the Chicago Yacht Club Race to Mackinac. He is survived by his wife Patricia, his son Dr. Scott (Brenda) Le Maire, and two grandchildren, Emily and James. He also leaves a brother, Michael Le Maire. Stanley is preceded in death by Wilma Le Maire and his adoptive parents Leonard and Mary Le Maire.
