Viola Rose Plante

Viola Rose Plante, 89, of North Aurora passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022. She was born January 21, 1933 in Aurora, IL. the daughter of Godfrey and Marie Bowman.

She was a medical tech for 45 years at Provena Mercy Center in Aurora, a member of the North Aurora Garden Club. She sang in the choir and was very active member at Blessed Sacrament Church.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald Plante, son Russ and daughter Debbie Buss. Two brothers and two sisters.

She is survived by her two daughters Cindy(Dave) Hulick, and Pam (Dennis) Moutray. Daughter in law Judi Plante. Her 11 grandchildren; Mike(Amy) Plante, TJ(Darcie Dilingham) Plante, Nicole Plante, Jeff (Amy) Gares, Ryan (Julia Innes) Gares, Brielle (Cameron) Pauli, Michelle (Aaron) Danielak, Kristin (Erik) Jensen, Eric (Katie) Moutray, Alyssa (alex) Bohn, Jacquie (Tony) Emma. 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Two sister in laws Barbara Bowman and Elaine Coffman and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 12, 2022 from 9:00 AM until the time of the Mass at 11:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 801 Oak St. North Aurora, IL. Interment will follow at Lincoln Memorial Park in Aurora, IL.
