Daniel W. Blumberg Obituary It is with profound sadness that we announce Daniel W. Blumberg, age 55, of Geneva, made his final transition on Friday, April 11, 2025 at his home. He was born September 14, 1969, in Germany, the son of Michael and Glenna (Bray) Blumberg. Danny was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a cherished life-long friend to many. Known for his warm heart, infectious smile, playful sense of humor, and his unwavering dedication to his family. Danny touched the lives and hearts of everyone who knew him. He will be deeply missed and forever loved. He is survived by his wife Shelly (Fatolitis); son Panagiotis Hilentzaris; mother Glenna Blumberg of Albuquerque, New Mexico; sister Tamara Lynn of Spain; his beloved fur babies Ripley, Newt, Dixon, & Loki; and many other dearest friends. He was preceded in death by his father Michael B. Blumberg (U.S Army SFC Vietnam). Funeral prayers for Daniel will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 10:30 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. All who loved Danny are welcome to attend and share in remembrance of his life. Burial will be held privately.
