Carl Schneider Obituary Carl P. Schneider, age 78, of Geneva, passed away Monday, September 8, 2025. He was born June 29, 1947, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Alexander and Mildred (Berkenfield) Schneider. Carl is survived by his daughters Christa (Matthew) Winthers of St. Charles and Wendy (Todd) Scalzo of Naperville; grandchildren Erin, Owen, Dominic and Alexander; sister Eliose; and nephews Seth and Todd. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Marc. Carl was a proud Vietnam Veteran who loved his Country fiercely. The only thing that he loved more was his family, and he took every opportunity to let his daughters know that his love for them was unending.  A visitation for Carl will be held Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:00 am until the time of his funeral service at 11:00 am at Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State Street (Route 38), Geneva. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Geneva. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
