Kenneth R. Malette Obituary Kenneth R. Malette, age 81, of Elburn, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at home with his loving family by his side. He was born December 12, 1943, in Marquette, Michigan, the son of Alphonse and Vivian (Santemore) Malette. Kenneth was in the U.S. Navy from 1964 - 1968, stationed in Pensacola, FL.  He worked as an auto mechanic for many years before becoming a Business Representative for the Automobile Mechanics Local 701. He really enjoyed his retirement years restoring cars, taking motorcycle trips on his Harley with his brother Ray, being outdoors, spending time with his family and most of all attending his grandkids sporting events and activities. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Elizabeth (Kaifesh); children Kenny (Kristie) of New Lennox and Nicole of North Aurora; grandchildren Max and Molly Lambert and Gia and Lyla Malette; siblings Frank (Patty) and Karen (Dennie) Hayes; and many other dear relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Kathy Stahl and Raymond Mallette. A visitation for Kenneth will be held Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 10:00 am until the time of his memorial service at 12:00 pm at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1891 Kaneville Road, Geneva with Father Ryan Browning celebrant.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etZo780Gvw8  Burial will be held privately.
